I work with a range of mental health issues, from mild to severe, and am able to provide support for individuals, families, and couples. My focus is to help individuals heal and become aware of their inner strengths. This is achieved by listening to your concerns, and working through them with you. I will be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

A professional, trained psychologist and counsellor. A fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist.
I have worked as a School Counsellor for over ten years with teenagers, their parents, schoolteachers and the wider community in Thailand, China, Switzerland and Angola.

I have specific counselling qualifications from The Counselling Institute in Scotland:
Post-Graduate Diploma of Counselling (Dip.Coun.) includes focussed work on Marriage Guidance, Bereavement, Addiction and Self-Harm.
Post-Graduate Diploma of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (Dip.CBT)
I am committed to continuing professional development relevant to the field of counselling and have attended numerous workshops and professional development events in areas such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Mindfulness Fundamentals.
